My Approach
Modern living means that many of us are living increasingly sedentary lifestyles - sitting more and moving less.
It’s even been estimated that by 2035 over half the population will be classed as overweight or obese.
Furthermore, our healthcare system takes only a reactive approach, dealing with the issue only after it has happened, typically through medication or outdated physical therapy.
Since 2016, my focus has been to change this, promoting a proactive approach to health and fitness.
Exercise is by far the lowest-hanging fruit when it comes to reducing all-cause mortality across every population.
However, there are a number of things that stop most people from committing to a healthier lifestyle, including lack of knowledge, discipline, recurring injuries, and accountability, to name a few.
My service takes a ‘big picture’ approach, with expertise in strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, and rehabilitation - so that you can get stronger, fitter, and move with fewer aches and pains.
Furthermore, I aim to educate throughout the sessions, thereby putting the power in your hands; and providing you with the tools and autonomy to take control of your own health and well-being.
