Movement Assessment + Training Programme
(includes follow-up session and online support)
This package involves a 60-minute, in-person assessment, with the aim of understanding what movement limitations are currently present in the body.
Extra attention can be given to any injuries or problematic areas.
The information gathered from the assessment - in conjunction with your goals - will be used to create a bespoke, 8-week training programme.
The package includes in-person coaching to run through the nuances of each prescribed exercise, alongside a 40-minute follow-up session approximately 4-weeks later aimed at modifying and/or progressing the programme as needed.
The Training Programme will be sent via PDF and will include links to exercise videos specific to your goals, each of which will include a detailed explanation and demonstration.
The package also includes on-going support throughout the 8 weeks for any questions or concerns related to the programme, making sure you get the most out of your training.
